Acute Raclettitis

Last sunday, we felt the urgent need to take care of our acute cheese deficiency syndrome (ACDS). Fortunately, the medgift team of HES-SO had anticipated that we would develop it and provided us with a generous voucher to the cheese doctor: Mission cheese

And yes, this is the number of raclettes that we can have with the voucher! But it turned out that they also have excellent wine and patés :-P
